Our Work

We deploy proven AI education tools in the world's hardest places—starting in Central America.

Where We Work

Central America: The Starting Point

We begin in Nicaragua, Honduras, and Guatemala—three countries where poverty, poor infrastructure, and political instability create extraordinary barriers to education. These aren't easy markets. They're hard places where most organizations won't go.

But that's precisely why we start here. If we can deploy AI education successfully in rural Nicaragua—with limited internet, minimal devices, and extreme poverty—we can deploy it anywhere. We're building solutions for the hardest problems.

Nicaragua: Our Foundation

We have deep relationships in Nicaragua built over more than a decade. Community leaders know us. Families trust us. We understand the culture, the challenges, and the opportunities. This isn't theory—we've earned the right to serve here through years of presence.

Our first pilots will launch in rural Nicaraguan communities where children have never had access to personalized learning, where teachers lack training and resources, and where the gap between potential and opportunity is widest.

Our Approach in Practice

Phase 1

Community Partnership

We don't arrive with predetermined solutions. We begin by listening—understanding what communities need, what challenges they face, and what success looks like to them. We build trust before we build anything else.

Phase 2

Infrastructure Assessment

We evaluate what exists: internet connectivity, available devices, physical space, teacher capacity. Then we design solutions that work within these constraints—not ideal conditions, but real conditions.

Phase 3

Tool Deployment

We implement proven AI education platforms—the same tools delivering results in wealthy countries, configured for local constraints. ChatGPT, adaptive learning systems, personalized tutoring. We don't build new tools; we make existing ones accessible.

Phase 4

Teacher Training

Teachers don't lose their jobs—they gain new roles as facilitators, mentors, and guides. We train them to use AI tools effectively, to support students' learning journeys, and to adapt instruction to individual needs. They become more valuable, not less.

Phase 5

Continuous Measurement

We track learning gains, student engagement, teacher effectiveness, and community ownership. Real data. Regular assessment. Transparent reporting. We're accountable to the children we serve.

Phase 6

Local Ownership Transfer

Our goal is to become unnecessary. We build local capacity, train local leaders, and transfer full ownership to communities. When we leave, the transformation continues—sustainable, locally owned, deeply rooted.

The Path Forward

2026-2027

Nicaragua Pilot

Launch in 2-3 rural schools. 200-300 students. Prove the model works in the hardest conditions. Document outcomes rigorously. Build relationships with local education leaders.

2027-2028

Regional Expansion

Expand to 10+ schools across Nicaragua. Enter Honduras and Guatemala. 1,000+ students reached. Demonstrate scalability. Refine approach based on learnings.

2028-2030

Central America Coverage

Establish regional presence. 20+ schools. 5,000+ students. Self-sustaining local operations. Partnerships with governments and education ministries. Proven model ready for global expansion.

2030+

Global Hard Places

Expand to Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia. Bring the model to other regions with similar challenges—poor infrastructure, political instability, extreme poverty. Unlock millions more minds.

Partner in This Work

We're seeking partners who share our conviction that brilliant minds deserve opportunity regardless of geography—and who are willing to invest in reaching the hardest places.
